• Re-Branding – As part of 21st Century Insurance takeover effort by AIG. The entire client facing web applications, Internal Corporate application, and Call Center application had been rebranded to new logo. As part of this effort I had tested the eQuote application.
• Conversion – For States that 21st Century Insurance had a strong footprints like CA, It was decided to convert policy from DRC system (Legacy AIG) to 21st Century System. As part of this effort we had converted policy from DRC to 21st. Also as part of consolidation, we moved all the state from APS to DRC system. Ensured all policy details and billing details are updated correctly on destination system
• eService redesign -Internet customer policy service (like printing duplicate id cards, billing) application redesigned with new look and feel, faster and more responsive.
• Documentum Upgrade – New printer install

Clss2000 - This site was developed in accordance with Company Law Settlement scheme 2000, which provides various facilities like fee calculation, various declaration forms, buying and selling of companies, user registrations, updating advice etc.

Shares Response Management System- The application provides an easy way to handle the enquiries and complaints regarding the public issue of Integrated Hi-tech Limited. This provides an Interface for adding new complaints/enquires and enables to edit and delete existing entries. It enables the share handling personnel to search the database in different ways.

RBI Advisory system- The site describes the various activities of the reserve bank of India. It contains pages regarding different rules and regulations, corresponding description and related forms prescribed by RBI. This site gives a special focus on Non-Residential Indians and problems regarding different taxes and rules.
