OBJECTIVE:

Responsibilities:

  • I was hired to cover the vacation of the original bar tender for the weekends, after a few months of working here part time, I was offered a full time position, so I started working as a full time bartender when my temporary contract for Confidential ended.
  • Since then I been in charge of the preparation, and delivery of drinks, inventory, cash registry opening and closing, along with assigning every day duties to the bar staff.
  • Also I was in charge of making and receiving deliveries for the daily needs of the bar.

Responsibilities:

  • I was given a temporary 6 month position for the customer service department, the company develops and manufactures low end Drones intended for small businesses and the general public.
  • Their main markets are both the United States and Canada, but they also ship their products to other countries.
  • My main duties where providing customer service and answering general questions, transferring technical related inquiries to the Engineers in the Confidential, invoice revision and general data entry along with online account maintenance.

Coach Relations Agent - Tech Support Agent

Responsibilities:

  • When I was hired in this company I started as a Customer Service Agent for Beachbody, a California based company that specializes in Confidential workout programs such as Confidential and Insanity, to name a few, and also develops and sales nutritional products such as Shakeology.
  • My main duties consisted of providing general product information and instructions on how the products work.
  • Along with creating new orders, providing order status, and shipping information, After just four weeks of starting to work I was promoted to the Coach Relations Department, mainly my responsibilities where similar.
  • But this department specializes on retail distributors.
  • After just 8 months of being promoted, I was promoted again, but this time to the Confidential, mainly because I have the most experience in this field.
  • My main responsibilities where to assist distributors with their Virtual Office, explaining to them how to run reports, review their commissions, view their customers’ orders, tracking information, personal email accounts, and even re-setting their login information.
  • Also I created tickets to report problems with the store page.

Responsibilities:

  • My main functions consisted of providing Customer Service for Confidential, a Mexican company which at that time just started to market in both the United States and Canada.
  • We provided personal information management as well as order entry and status confirmation, reshipments, etc.
  • Unfortunately the company decided to move the call center to Guadalajara, Jal.
  • So those of us who were not able to move were left with no other choice than to look for a new employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • This company mainly specialized on imports of products such as books, magazines, newspapers and souvenirs.
  • They owned small stores on some of the most important Airports in Mexico.
  • I started as a supervising assistant for the Confidential Airport Stores.
  • My main duties consisted of helping the supervisor with tracking the cashier’s sales and their end of shift reports.
  • After just 2 months I was promoted to Supervisor and my responsibility changed mainly to Human Resource duties, such as work shifts, pay roll, bank deposits and staff assistance.
  • After a few months the company suffered financial problems and they started to close different stores across the country, being Confidential one of the affected stores.

Responsibilities:

  • This company hired me to provide basic Technical Support for Confidential customers.
  • Confidential is one of the main router and network adapters in the United States.
  • They also market other adapters and accessories for PC's and Video Games.
  • After a few months Confidential started to provide the same service for Confidential, a company that has a similar profile and also sells Routers, Network adapters, etc.
  • When this happened I was offered a position with this client so we could make the campaign grow.
  • I decided to end my relationship with Confidential because it was too far from my residence and I was offered a better job and position with Confidential .

Responsibilities:

  • This is my first job as call center agent, I was hired and trained to become a Tech Support Agent for Confidential .
  • I was trained as a DSL Internet specialist, and my main duties consisted of providing detailed explanation to Confidential customers on how to troubleshoot and fix connectivity related issues, reporting outages, and scheduling technician visits to fix in home issues.
