Responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance activities, which includes but not limited to Content Server, Method Server, Index Server, Index Agent troubleshooting, customizing wdk/webtop, monitoring jobs, logs, batches, recently integrated CA Siteminder Single Sign-On authentication (SSO) system with Documentum. Migrated Index Server from one host to another, which included installation of Index Server, Index Agent (Normal Mode/Migration Mode), have developed custom code for automation of the monitoring of Index Server; On the whole managing and customizing Documentum 6.5 infrastructure for the bank under Unix/Solaris environment. Also performing regular data-backup with customized DFC/Java application, performing data refreshes/migrations from one docbase to another using Buldoser 5.3. Responsible for regularly developing custom DFC-Java programs and Junit test cases for parsing and sending different content from repository to downstream channels (Solaris/Mainframes). Also working regularly for business user’s issues related to ACL, Groups, Roles, Access, Workflow Issues and other out of box webtop functionalites.

Life Sciences Vertical - Responsible to maintain and manage Merck employees and contractors across the globe into different docbases from different geographies for Midas TMF, R&D & CDS, Managing and Troubleshooting into various different areas which involves Workflows, Lifecycles, Permission Sets – ACL (Security), Mandatory Access Control (MAC), Roles, User Configurations, Groups, Audit Trail, Method Servers, Developing scripts using DQL and DFC to automate different tasks and other R&D type of issues related to Java and Documentum. Resolving issues of systems built with integration of SAP and Documentum. Responsible to troubleshoot these type of cases in Emergency, High Priority and Standard Priority cases which needs to get it resolved in (2hrs, 4 hrs and 8 hrs SLA respectively). This software is basically developed for log collection, health monitoring, management and analysis of devices connected on a network. The application collects the data from different servers and machines from different protocols. The software’s objective is to analyze and parse log files from different network protocols and to monitor the health parameters of elements connected to a network (disk usage, CPU usage, memory utilization). Hundreds of dynamic reports and graphical reports based on alerts/alarms for log collection and health monitoring are generated.
