  • Led the Confidential team through the merger of a competitor business to Confidential . In this occasion I worked with many other analysts to gather functional requirements, develop functional definitions, and plan the process of change for the parties involved. This process included developing training materials, instruction manuals, demonstrations, e-learning courses, etc. The Finance Confidential ® systems were deployed in 17 different countries and over 130 CAT Dealerships.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the “Fix It” team I worked in the finance area resolving issues concerning the ability to use the system to run the business effectively, and dealt with issues caused by inefficiencies in their business processes. With each dealership the “fix” was different and required a new process of data gathering, system configuration changes, testing, etc.
  • The business acceptance and engagement was critical to Confidential Corporate. As the Change Master of the team, I was permitted to use any and all tools in the OCM arsenal to ensure that the satisfaction of the client (Dealership) was strong to set the stage for the new implementation of Confidential ® in the near future.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducted process assessments and strategic transformation projects for a number of North American dealers. As a member of this team I ran the “Dealer Enablement Workshop” (DEW), which prepared dealers to accept new Confidential ’s and the deployment of new inventory.
  • Coordinated with many other teams to ensure that Confidential ’s “One IT” concepts were being met. Provided continual feedback to District and Area Offices on the dealership readiness for new inventory.
  • As a result of all of the preparation for new inventory, I configured SAP FICO module as well as interfaces with third party software based on the new system requirements.
  • Represented the dealerships community to Confidential for the Credit, AP, and AR areas as a Subject Matter Expert defining the requirements for a future SAP deployment for all of the dealerships worldwide.

Created project documentation, process documents, training manuals, training courses, etc. The challenge on this project was that the SLA’s to all of Cat Logistics clients could not drop more than one point in the metrics systematically collected.

  • Supported the systems and the infrastructure that enabled a Health Care Business in 17 sites in Illinois. The system was operating Citrix so every user in each of the sites was a Thin Client of the main system which is a challenge of its own.
  • Managed a team of 18 IT professionals that gathered requirements, developed, and deployed MAS (Managed Assessments Systems), and with a team of 6 did the same to deploy AIMS-(Advanced Information Management Systems) software written very specifically to work with billing to Illinois Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Designed, tested, documented, deployed, and supported a Citric Pilot site for WAN with Hyper Stream Frame Relay architecture for the entire corporation.
  • Directly supported and managed data for approximately 700 users, and about 10,000 medical and billing records.
