  • Developed a new method for entering product price changes that reduced the time spent from several weeks to less than two days. Improved the process of entering stock and material data for inventory control in a way that reduced the time spent by 50-75% and reduced data entry errors by 80%.
  • Improved the method by which new components and products are entered into the engineering database. This eliminated the need to enter redundant data.
  • Created a date correction subroutine for the daily cash flow report that eliminated a known bug requiring the rerunning of the report on the first day of every month.
  • Discovered and corrected a long unnoticed error that caused the sales forecast reports to be incorrect.
  • Simplified the generation and distribution of pick lists and packing lists for the shipping department: Three separate tasks are now performed by one program.
