- The separation was flawlessly executed and the new external reporting personnel were trained and then supported thru the first quarterly close and subsequent timely filing of the Company’s first 10-Q.
- Assisted Confidential Risk Management in their support of the internal audit group of a $2.0 billion, Tier 1 automotive supplier with a review of the inputs for the intangibles valuation portion of the purchase price allocation for a major acquisition
