  • Preparation and timely filing of all Federal, State Income/Franchise tax returns, estimates and extensions (including federal consolidated and state unitary/combined returns).
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual US GAAP consolidated tax provisions. Analyze, reconcile, and maintain US tax balance sheet accounts.
