4/2001 to 7/2002 - Responsible for all Busy Meet Point issues between Bell Atlantic and BellSouth for all regions, responsible for resolving and freeing up all busy meet points through advanced knowledge and research. (Circuit Layout Record) managed multiple tasks such as Due Date, CLR and no Bell meet point escalations; conference calls; and take necessary action for resolution to meet customer commitment dates.
