8/2003 to 1/2010 Credit Analyst.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Analyzed credit worthiness of prospective and existing borrowers, including complex credit situations. Provide thorough and objective analysis to assist lenders in determining loan eligibility. 
2. Ensured the portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship is in compliance with established Associated Banc-Corp credit policy, procedure and business strategy as well as commercial and regulatory guidelines. 
3. Prepared credit presentations for both existing and prospective borrowers to assist in the underwriting process. Determine the borrowers’ repayment ability as well as the Bank’s collateral position. Determine the asset quality rating based on relationship review. Compile an accurate relationship profitability analysis, as directed by corporate policy. 
4. Identified both risks and potential risks and suggest methods to minimize the risk exposure to the bank. 
5. Coordinate/prepare various monthly and quarterly reports such as past due, loan diversification, etc., which represent the loan activity of the bank. 
6. Attend loan committee meetings and record meeting minutes. Provide committee(s) with pertinent credit related information, including preparation of such information. 
7. Periodically accompanied Private or Business Bankers on customer calls to enhance the quality of credit presentations. 
8. Assisted with the administrative and review systems and procedures to protect the quality of the loan portfolio, which impacts profitability. This includes interacting with external lending and credit relationships, i.e., Baker Hill, Regulators, and Dun & Bradstreet. 
9. Maintained an awareness of economic, financial and industrial trends as well as competitive area factors. This includes the development and/or enhancement of a reference library and sources to assist assessing economic risk of commercial loan customers and, if applicable, the development of other analysts’ abilities and developmental goals.

5/1997 to 8/2003 Accounts Receivables Supervisor Duties included: Supervised system implementation project from 1991-2000 which converted credit, collections and payables function from manual to Dos & Windows based Banner System, including coordination of all efforts through IT, Accounting departments and training of staff in all affected areas. ?Consistently achieved goals of 85-100% collections upon receipt of delinquent accounts to within corporate goals of 45 days. ?Established corporate Credit guidelines that helped to increase sales and profitability through keen understanding of the value of professional corporate image and world-class customer service.
