Objective:

Total 15 years of including gulf experience in catering industry, seeking for the position as camp manager and catering in charge in leading organization and industries.
SCOPE OF WORK

Full in charge of camp for around 5000 resident.
Taking full responsibility to provide good hygienic catering services, leaving condition and running camp as per local laws and guide line for labor camp.
Managing around 180 staff of different skill and position and nationality
Managing full operation of camp including housekeeping, cleaning, catering, laundry, & maintenance.
Always keep provided budget in mind for running the camp.
Organized different level training programs for staff to enhance their skill.
Always try to achieve goal with existing resources with proper utilization.
Monitor closely to see that all the camp resident or camp itself should follow all HSE & SAFTY RULES REGULATION.
Make sure that all preventive camp maintenance, kitchen maintenance should be done immediately.
Prepare every month staff appraisal report to HR to boost staff morale.
Handling various locations and mobilize different types of contract.
Manage various sizes of catering and facility management contracts.
Doing quarterly staff assessment or evaluation to track staff quality and skills.
Organizing different types of camp audits, inspection, and training programs for Employee.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

M.A (Master Degree in Public Administration)
DIPLOMA IN CATERING AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT
