Maintains a library of Standard Field MAP position Job Opportunity Announcements (JOAs), after receipt of the initial templates, so that they can be updated (as required) and posted quickly. Maintains an organized, systematic library of questions accessible by both authorized contractor staff and government personnel. Reviews applications for eligibility based upon submission of required documents, and designates the eligibility determination for each application received in the hiring system. Pre-employment requirements will include, but are not limited to Selective Service Requirements, Citizenship, and Veterans' Preference. Provides determination of qualified and eligible applicants for Standard Field positions, based on a variety of tools (e.g., task-based, written cognitive and non-cognitive examination, physical ability tests and psychological assessments) based on the evaluation criteria of the position to be filled.

  • Supports several directors and offices within the Confidential by receiving, reviewing, and executing required tasks within the full spectrum of Confidential personnel force management issues. Provides support to Confidential management. Ensures AFBCMR applicants receive acknowledgement letters, monitor the appropriate organizational e-mail box for notifications and work cases on a first in, first out basis. Reviews letters for accuracy; appropriate name, address, docket number and factual content of the letter to ensure completeness. Communicates with appropriate office to ensure appropriate letter is corrected. Assisted in the distribution of appropriate documents and correspondence to the applicants via mail or e-mail with 95% accuracy. Executed appropriate tasks to move cases to the next task. Performed promulgation actions necessary to close finalized cases. Identified all documents and correspondence necessary for the disposition of the case and communicate to the appropriate office that requested the data or information. Prepared the case for closure, by mailing or e-mailing the appropriate documents and correspondence to the applicant. Ensured the most current personal identifiable information (PII) regulations procedures are used to determine the safest method of delivery of documents to the applicant.   • Obtain, analyze, compute and document in Confidential standardized templates for data documentation. To pay attention to details in reference to panel votes and percentages and to ensure that they are properly recorded.
