Responsibilities:
- Interacting with top level management of the client to gain a detail understanding of the requirement & preparation of Job description based on internal requisition for open positions
- Involved in whole array of sourcing, short listing, Interview scheduling, Interview Coordination, Salary Negotiations/Compensation fixations, offer roll out and ensuring to reduce the turnaround time to meet Hiring deadlines.
- Maintaining good rapport with the candidates till they are on board.
