Responsible for managing the deployment of cablevision headend communications equipment, supplies, and contracted manpower to ensure that the systems designed by the regional and national engineers were put into place in a timely manner and within the budget constraints of the projects.
This position required me to manage three contracting crews (9 contractors) that could be dispatched to more than 35 headend and hub site locations .
My responsibilities included, but not limited to, day to day involvement of the design and upgrade of multiple systems in the headends and hub sites.
Also responsible for the training and monitoring of contractors to ensure that the progression of the projects continued without delays also ordered supplies and equipment from the vendors and delivering the equipment, supplies, and plans to the contractors to ensure that the projects progressed on time and under budget.
This position required constant communications with the engineers, supervisors, headend technicians on the progress and any changes or issues with the projects.

This included the planning and documentation of the Fiber optic management system of the main Headend and 6 Fiber Hub sites throughout the region.
