Operate individual swim lessons, group swim lessons, and conduct charity swim lessons for the community.

Must maintain cleanliness of the pool and pool deck by making sure the chemicals are within state standards so the pool can operate properly.
My supervisor duties include writing the schedule bi-weekly with the lifeguards availability intact for the pools most effective and efficient operation, to make sure all employees come to work on time and prepared for their shifts, and to resolve any conflicts any lifeguards may have.
My duty is to be always prepared to guide the staff in the event of an emergency, find someone to cover a shift, or make it into work if necessary, lead monthly, drills, and assure that all s are current for the aquatics staff.

Corpsman school within meeting the required curriculum and qualifying test scores during a 21 week condensed class with the same and studies of an emergency medical technician; including safety recognition, intravenous skills, vital signs, blood pressure, and heart rhythm, military triage, cardiovascular pulmonary resuscitation, automated external defibrillation, and first aid skills.
