- Cook variety of sauce in bulk quantity following the formula from the provided batch sheet
- Assure cooking was done right, following steps, using right ingredients with right amount, also safe with acceptable quality
- Deal with machineries: fixing and operating (to start up, calibrate/ set up, to mix, heating up, cooling down, transfer product)
- Do constant checks to fulfill food safety requirement standards in the company: mesh, magnet, and temperature checks
- Be responsible in finishing up the schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
- Safely lift heavy ingredients and carefully dump ingredients that varies in sizes and weight into the cooking tanks
- Communicate and coordinate well with supervisors to report or follow up on any issues that would affect productivity or food quality
- Clean cooking area and machines for product changeover and at the end of the shift thoroughly especially for allergen products
- Received monthly training on safety practices in industrial field with varied safety topics
- Fill out daily production paperwork accurately
