  • Identified the financial covenants in transactions agreements and input in system then monitored covenants compliance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to compliance with both bank’s risk and rating policies and external regulatory agencies policies.
  • Ensured receipt of closing documents for new Project/Structured Finance and Public Finance transactions comprised of Bilateral and Syndicated, Non-recourse and Limited-recourse Loans / Investments in the Energy (Fossil and Renewable), Oil and Gas, and Infrastructure industries for processing and storing, and set up credit files.
  • Established the spread sheet to calculate the DSCR and Reserve amount for each Project Finance /Structured Finance(ABS) transactions and populate all information of transactions in Apollo System and update on quarterly basis when received Financial/Covenant, Amendments, Waiver and Consent from Front Office;
  • Upload all Annual Reviews done by Analyst in Global document Storage System Radames;
  • Act as a liaison between credit department and front office on credit issues (e.g., covenant breach, financial underperformance, all ad hoc events affecting a transaction;
  • Input all information in shared tickler system used by front office and head office, run 3rd party data search engines (Bloomberg, S&P, Moody’s) reports evening and morning to capture overnight rating changes of each obligor and notify the analyst, manager and head office;
