Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, taking product orders from engineers, techs, and company men.
- Creating the order for warehouse personnel, contacting driver with appropriate qualifications to deliver product to locations, creating sales orders, msds sheets, bill of ladings, journey management, gate checks to verify proper working conditions of trucks, trailers and assure insurance and DOT requirements are met, receiving the singed sales orders after the product has been delivered and file in the well file to be turned over to accounting for billing purposes, sending zsls reports to engineers, company men and techs for review of the file before final billing is completed.
