  • I trained new scrum product owners and scrum dev teams from scratch. I implemented an agile information program for all employees and contractors through Kremsa's internal Facebook page. I coached all product owners, agile project managers, and dev team members on how to eat an elephant...1 bite at a time with regard to creating child tickets instead of choking on a large task. I transitioned the entire company from Mantis bug tracker to Assembla agile software similar to Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc. set basic agile guidelines such as milestones and iterations estimation of child tasks in place for all company projects provided live web training to the agile project managers created templates for the agile project managers to easily ramp up a project administered Assembla, and trained scrum product owners and dev team members on using Assembla for scrum.
  • ScrumMaster. I was the ScrumMaster on two e-commerce projects. My responsibilities included leading and assisting these cross-functional teams to deliver business value through MVP minimal viable product in each iteration. I facilitated all scrum meetings, including release planning, sprint planning, daily standup meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives. I was responsible for removing any impediments to help the delivery teams meet their sprint commitments and help the dev team and product owner negotiate over what can be included in a sprint.   • XP Techniques. I implemented the use of paired programming to bring new dev team members up to speed. I implemented automated unit testing on a project that involved backend work this included a dashboard to show the client the status of each automated unit test at various stages of the project . I started and completed a project to implement automated Selenium testing using Jenkins for scheduling and Github scripts for continuous integration of script updates on the server on one of my scrum projects and three agile projects managed by other project managers. I orchestrated improvements to custom build and push tools to deploy Github code to staging and production servers.
