Well-versed in effective and efficient recruitment methods such as Internal and External Recruitment, Internet Recruitment, Direct Mail Campaigns, College University Recruitment, Career Fairs and Candidate Sourcing. Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System tools such as Job Boards, LinkedIn, Talemetry, networks and other sourcing systems. Conduct and interpret career related assessments and sponsor special events and programs, including career fairs and student success workshops i.e., resume' writing, interviewing techniques, interest inventories .

Also ensure Employee Retirement Income Security Act, ERISA , Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. HIPAA , Section 125 and benefits related laws/regulations. Maintain complete and accurate Occupational Safety Health Administration, OSHA logs of workplace injuries. Identifying and evaluating hazards or code violations, preparing case file documentation, researching and analyzing regulations and complex policy standards, and testifying in legal hearings as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with government purchasing requirements are met and assist in the establishment and maintenance of program for the inspection, testing and acceptance of supplies, equipment and services Maintains manual or computerized procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories. And discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action. Approve invoices for payment and expedite delivery of goods to users Issues management reports to principals and department heads communicating the results of property inventories.
- Manage general accounting functions necessary to achieve an accurate and timely general ledger month end close-out. Processing bank deposit, reconciling account payable, coding and sorting documents by account name, processing invoices for payment, ensuring invoices are paid according to terms and discounts. Provide status reports to project director regarding grants activity and trends including consultant/vendors agreements grant disbursements payment timetables etc. Prepare, update, and amend cooperative agreements which includes, identifying eligible development projects and recommend funding, conduct evaluation and ranking of proposals.
- Coordinate stewardship initiatives with scholarship recipients throughout the year which includes but not limited to processing outside scholarships and external resources received by students including federal, state and/or institutional awards. Collect and review financial aid applications to determine completeness and eligibility for financial aid. Knowledgeable of Family Educational
- Rights and Privacy Act FERPA and various office policies, procedures, regulations of complex university enrollment policies also member of Retention Committee. Verifies accuracy of documents and consistency of data from need analysis processor, federal tax return/ transcripts verification document, and student information performs data analysis to identify discrepancies in data determines action for resolution. Processing Georgia's HOPE, and Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant GTEG program.
- Administrator of outside States' scholarship and grant programs such as, District of Columbia, DC-Tag, Cap, Gear-up Adoption Philadelphia, PHEAA Rhode Island, RHIEAA California, CHAFEE and other various state programs. Manages the Study Abroad Programs in all financial aspects for the faculty and students. Promote new and existing financial literacy and default prevention products and services work with post-secondary institutions to generate new business and increase market share in compliance with Title IV, while keeping abreast of Financial Aid Policies and Procedures.
