PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
As a Health & safety professional, have completed over 183 job assignments covering over 25 years of experience throughout the United States, (3 times) in the Caribbean, (2) government contracts in the Middle East for the U.S. ARMY and USACE (US Army Corp of Engineers) also (1) contract under the US State Dept in Haiti and extensive Nuclear Training under the DOE May 2009 –Feb 2010. With my vast Varity in HSE, Management and on hands upbringing as a Certified Craftsman, my addition to a Job Assignment would be a great asset to any professional Contractor.
Most of the assigned projects were conducted for numerous paper mills, wind turbine ( power farms), power houses, cement plants, oil refineries, chemicalplants, marine yards ,fiberglass and rice manufacturing plants, civil contracts, maintenance assignments, steel mills, shut downs, D&D (decommissioning and demolition) overall preventive maintenance ( Short / Long term assignments) and/or new construction, civil / military/ union job sites
** In this line of business job assignments can come days, weeks or months from one to the other. So in between job assignments with one contractor have worked for other contractors.
WORK HISTORY
May 2009- January 2010 contracted Under Confidential, as Safety Engineer at SRS Nuclear Site in Aiken, SC.
Was in the D&D department (decomminoing and demolition) for a $1.2 Billion dollar contract. Covering at least 4 of the different areas overlooking the everyday job assignments of different contractors. Also completed listed training (in the field- computer based training and class room training all DOE documented and certified) for handling, conveying all aspects of the materials and procedures of nuclear items. Oversaw day to day activates as well as BBS just to name a few. Help achieve the 6 million safe man hours for the site in early 2010
