  • As the ITSCM Lead, was responsible for developing process and procedures for a full lifecycle Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Program for the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) Program based on their business impact analysis (BIA) of existing data and newly identified requirements.
