Confidential, is responsible for assisting ‘REMOTELY’ with the HCM 8.8 to 9.0 Application Upgrade. Confidential, was onsite for 2 weeks mentoring the company’s employee and also performed the initial upgrade pass. Confidential, had performed 3 test move to production passes and also the final move to production. Final move to production has been successfully completed and client is live on HCM 9.0. The database platform was MSS.

Confidential, was responsible for assisting and resolving outstanding issues encountered during the HCM8.9 to 9.0 Application Upgrade. Confidential, performed 2 test moves to production and worked with the PS Administrator configuring the Development and Production PIA (Web / Application Servers, Process Scheduler), SMTP, PeopleCode Debugger, Integration Broker configuration and also applied the PTools 8.49.22 upgrade patch. Confidential, also performed an infrastructure assessment on both the development and production environments. The database platform was MSS.

Confidential, assisted in resolving Application Server Failover issues as well as other significant issues prior to the implementation go-live. Client had 2 External Web Servers, 2 Internal Web Servers (both using F5 Load Balancer), and 2 internal Application Servers. Failover to each of the Application Servers was not working correctly and this had to be resolved and was, prior to go-live. Other issues resolved were, Verity Search, FTP and attaching of documents. The database platform was Oracle on Windows NT.

Confidential, was responsible for the installation of a new PeopleSoft HCM9.0 Environment. The installation consisted of installing Tuxedo 9.1, WebLogic 9.2, PSApps HCM9.0, PT8.49 / PT8.49.16, and configuring the PIA (Web / App Servers and Process Scheduler, Change Assistant and PSEMHUB). In addition, Confidential, created and loaded the HCM9.0 Demo database, applied 17 Bundles (Fixes Required at Upgrade Time) and 14 Tax Updates in preparation of the HCM8.8 to 9.0 Application Upgrade. Environment: Oracle database platform.

Comporium (PS Administrator Role)
Confidential, was responsible for the installation of 2 new PeopleSoft Environments (Demo / Development). The Installation consisted of installing Tuxedo 9.1, WebLogic 9.2, PSApps HCM9.0, PT8.48 / PT8.48.18, PIA (Web / App Servers and Process Scheduler, Integration Broker configuration, Change Assistant / PSEMHUB and running DBSETUP to create and load the Demo Database. In addition, also installed NetExpress 5.1 and compiled and tested COBOL successfully. The Database Platform was MicoSoft Server 2008.

City & County of Denver (PS Administrator)
Confidential, was responsible for the installation of 4 new PeopleSoft Environments (HRMS83, HRMS89, HRMS90 and HRMS90 Portal). The Installation consisted of Tuxedo 9.1, WebLogic 9.2, PSApps HCM9.0, PT8.48 / PT8.48.16, PIA (Web / App Servers and Process Scheduler, Change Assistant / HUB). Also, in preparation for the ‘double’ upgrade, applied 17 bundles (fixes required at upgrade time) and 12 tax updates to the HRMS89 Demo Database. The Database Platform was Oracle.

Confidential, was the Upgrade Lead responsible for the successful completion of a Financials (7.5 to 8.8 8.8 to 8.9) double upgrade. He was responsible for resolving issues and getting the client back on track with the upgrade after the client had fallen behind. Confidential, mentored in house client personnel on the upgrade process, tuning scripts, debugging and running acceptance testing scenarios. Confidential, also worked alongside the DBA utilizing the Oracle Enterprise Manager, and took part in Acceptance and Quality Assurance testing with the User Community.
