Helped the Peoplesoft Admin finish the MPT processes, verify each MTP database prior to turnover to testing team, and verify, test, and close all testing issues using HP’s Quality Center. This team used the Agile/Scrum methodology for the upgrade.

Feb 2008 to Jan 2009 - Confidential, Morrisville, N.C. - Technical Lead for a version 8.8 to 9.0 (Tools 8.49.08) upgrade in a Unix/Oracle 10g environment, Unicode required for this Global HRMS client. As Peoplesoft Admin, ran all the upgrade scripts on Change Assistant tool, apply all patches and required for upgrade fixes, validate data, assist in training users, update queries, and update security. Update Application Engine data conversion scripts and programs, re-apply customizations including records, PeopleCode, Pages, Menus, SQR's, Components, Workflow, and Integration Broker Agents. Jan 2007 to Apr 2007 – Confidential- Dallas, TX - Use SQR to write several interfaces for this repeat client. Write an E-Recruiting interface to Kenexa using html and .NET. Update several open enrollment interface SQR's to benefits vendors. Test and validate the data for all interfaces. Had to create staging tables, run controls, and one data page/record. With over 100,000 employees, 7 Business segments, and over 300 existing systems we used Visio and Access and mapped all existing systems and interfaces and generated a current state document. That current state document was then used to produce the future state systems mapping for the consolidation ADP HR/Payroll system.

June 2003 to Feb 2004 - Confidential, Austin Tx. Production Support Manager of a 13-person team responsible for supporting the Enterprise Support Center (ESC). This group supported the production HRMS, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Base Benefit modules for the combined Health and Human Resources departments of the state (50,000 employees). Project covered the conversion and consolidation of about half of these employees into the production system. May 2002 to Jan 2003 - Confidential, Carrolton TX - Technical lead for a version 7.5 to 8.3 HRMS/Payroll project. Coordinated a team of 4 for this international company. Project included all Time and Labor interfaces, an interface to a global Peoplesoft HRMS system based in France, and all payroll, benefits, security, and reporting updates. The project scope included end-to-end project fit gap analysis, planning and execution from the tools install and upgrade through user testing and production payroll. Developed the conversion program to split employees into 20 different pay-groups and aided technical staff with all system performance issues.
