Client wants to standardize the reporting of various HR and Payroll statistics. In the past, several individuals were involved in producing reports and sometimes different results were produced due to timing or a slight difference in calculating the statistics. To accomplish this task i developed reporting tables SQR refresh process where various statistics are pre-calculated and stored in records on a daily basis. These tables can be used for reporting by corporate and all the operating companies. This resolved data inconsistencies and standardized the reports.
