PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Implementation 9.0/PeopleTools 8.5
Responsibilities:
- Created an Application Engine program which populated a custom table that held Student Health Insurance data and allowed Student Health Insurance link to be displayed on the Student Center.
- Developed a custom Student Financials Self-Service Health Insurance form which allowed students to enter their information on-line. Once the form was completed, 3Cs, the custom table, Service Indicators were updated.
- XMLP report developed allowing the student to keep hard copy of Health Insurance form.
- Created an Application Engine process and custom table to hold student Promissory Note Data and allowed the Promissory Note to be viewable through the Self-Service Student Center page. The student completed the form and upon submission, 3Cs were updated and the student had an option of printing a copy of the completed Promissory Note (XMLP Report)
- Certain Academic Programs at UT-Southwestern Medical required that students having been administered immunizations prior to enrollment. On the Self-Service Student Center page when a student would try to enroll, they would be re-directed through a series of custom built pages which required the student\'s completion or acknowledgment. Once this had been done, the student would be taken to the PeopleSoft delivered self-service enrollment pages. The next time the student tried to enroll because he/she had completed/acknowledged the immunization forms, the student would instead be taken directly into the PeopleSoft delivered self-service enrollment pages.

Responsibilities:

- Developed a PeopleCode customization within the eRecruit Module to prevent multiple Social Security numbers from appearing in the Identity/Diversity tab in the Job Data Applicant Component.
- Developed a PeopleCode customization within Position Management to prevent on-line errors when trying to reclassify a job to a different department in a different company.
- Developed a SQL data cleanup script that set the Referral Application Date equal to the Applicant Data Application date which resolved buffer errors that occurred when entering applicant data on existing employees.
