• Lead AR Open Items Conversion process by designing the custom conversion process that loads the data into PS 9.2 Group Control and Pending Item Tables (GROUP CONTROL, PENDING ITEM, PENDING VAT, PENDING DST) which will then be processed and posted through the PS delivered Receivables Update process. Resolved AR conversion issues.
• Designed and Implemented a solution for a GLOBL P2P Business requirement to have the ability to track employee ID at a transaction level on the AP voucher distribution line for reporting and analysis. This solution requires customizing the Open Item key to point to the EMPLID values from the prompt (this list should display all employees in all regions APAC, EMEA, AMERs).
• As delivered, Open Item Key is always synchronized with the GL Open Item Account and when the voucher is saved, Open item key value chosen from the prompt look up values will be saved only if the GL account on the Voucher Distribution line is the Open Item Account. For Non-Open Item Accounts, delivered code will blank out the Open item key values from the Distribution lines once the voucher is saved. In order to save and display Open Item key values irrespective of GL Open Item accounts on the Distribution lines during Voucher Entry, delivered code is customized and made sure this OI customization will not impact the delivered GL Open Item functionality.
