• Manage a team of 30 responsible for defining and implementing all aspects of the SAP financial system for a multi-billion dollar military and commercial business.
• Direct the conversion of hundreds of legacy applications into SAP, Enovia, Kronos, and other new applications on the Business Systems Modernization (BSM) project.
• Design, test, train, and implement new SAP functions across the Bell landscape as multiple new applications are integrated into SAP.

Military Billings and Accounts Receivable Manager

• Managed a team of 22 responsible for all billings and accounts receivable collections for over $2 billion in annual sales. (Both military and commercial contracts)
• Improved cash collection for Bell Helicopter by over 25% and contributed to a significant positive cash flow every quarter since taking leadership of the Billings team.

SAP / PeopleSoft Infrastructure Manager

• Managed global team of 20 responsible for the SAP Basis, Performance and Security areas controlling the worldwide SAP instances including R3, EBP, XI, Channel Management, Sabrix, and SCEM. Through my hands on leadership this team achieved a 99.98% SAP uptime record and only 32 hours of planned downtime a year.
• Redeployed 35% of the staff supporting SAP and PeopleSoft Infrastructure without a reduction in stability and eliminated overtime through automation and process improvements.
• Lead the Technical Support team responsible for the annual Disaster Recovery Project testing recovery processes for critical SAP and PeopleSoft systems. Recovery of all critical systems at an offsite location took less than 72 hours.

• Led the Technical Applications portion of the TI Business Continuity Analysis project chartered with proactively analyzing existing processes and procedures for continued IT operations in the event of a catastrophic event. This team recommendation resulted in additional applications being tested on an annual basis ensuring TI’s continued operations.
• Negotiated and implemented the usage of offshore resources for non-critical SAP Security tasks and developed processes and procedures to ensure work was completed quickly and accurately. This resulted in a cost savings of over $200,000 annually and provided 24 hour coverage for SAP Security issues.
• TI Relationship Manager to SAP and Accenture for support and technical issues responsible for SOW’s, SLA’s, issue resolution and process improvements for these two strategic vendors.

• Finance team lead that coordinated the successful configuration and installation of all SAP Fixed Asset, FI/CO, GL, AP and AR modules worldwide for Texas Instruments in Jan 1999.
