Worked alongside company IT and Marketing Department staff to initiate and lead Fit/Gap sessions with the purpose of improving business process efficiency through the use of PeopleSoft. Built a PeopleSoft bolt-on in SCM to prepare and scrub prospective customer data that flowed through a new Component Interface into three high-capacity Marketel Dialer Servers, which dialed 11-digit phone numbers at the rate of 280 per second. This tripled the speed of the auto-dialers and allowed the company to hire more telemarketing staff to handle the additional capacity and roll out same day order fill , an option that their customers did not previously have. This custom App Engine also screened the phone numbers against the Federal Do-Not-Call List to ensure compliance, at a rate roughly 10x the speed of their existing process. Set up Workflow and AWE in Payroll, AP, and Travel Expenses modules. Once customizations were completed, I implemented and taught weekly PeopleSoft classes on the new functionality, then gradually migrated the classes into PeopleSoft ELM to give employees more control over their training schedules.

Used Oracle UPK to build a training module on how to use Test Framework in order to eliminate formal classroom training and allow the testing staff to view at their leisure. Trained IT staff on how all the testing pieces fit together, the module maintenance processes they needed to know, the IT testing reports now available to them, and gave a Best Practices recommendation on how to deploy their teams and other human capital during the actual migration weekend. PeopleSoft Test Framework, when used as recommended, shaves hours off the old testing schedule, so to prepare the staff for these new procedures we did a practice migration to PeopleSoft 9.2 to ease everyone's fears, all with great success.
