Oracle/PeopleSoft Executive with overall responsibility for the development, control and delivery of the Navy's total annual Capital Expense and Oracle Database, Hyperion, and Peoplesoft Technology Platforms. 575 million annual Portfolio was composed of technology, finance transformation, manufacturing, testing, supply-chain, quality assurance, healthcare using Oracle Data Warehousing and Oracle SOA/BPM 11i R/12 for Oracle GRC Programs.

- Defined the Delivery Strategy for all Oracle, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, Hyperion, SOA, Testing, BPM Stack and Application Management for Department of Defense Global Microsoft projects.
