Position was as Time and Labor functional lead for new implementation of Time and Labor 9.0 for U.S. and Canada in a heavily unionized environment. Also included in the project was the implementation of a new Time and Attendance System, TimeLink including TCDs , which handled the compensation rules and other functionality that typically would be included as part of the Time and Labor module. The decision was made in August 2009 to not use the Time and Labor module and interface time directly into PeopleSoft payroll, removing the need for the TL lead from that project. Worked for initial 6 weeks of employment with CherryRoad supporting roll-out of new Time and Labor 9.0 during parallel testing phase and also provided classroom training to time managers.
