Emphasis included Time and Labor security, testing support, preparation of training materials and making recommendations to resolve issues inherent in running a majority of their workforce through Time and Labor previously interfaced directly into Payroll. Client also implemented Commitment Accounting as part of their upgrade process. Also worked with client on preliminary plans to roll-out Time and Labor Self-Service to additional population segments.

Position was as Time and Labor functional lead for new implementation of Time and Labor 9.0 for U.S. and Canada in a heavily unionized environment. Also included in the project was the implementation of a new Time and Attendance System, TimeLink including TCDs , which handled the compensation rules and other functionality that typically would be included as part of the Time and Labor module. The decision was made in August 2009 to not use the Time and Labor module and interface time directly into PeopleSoft payroll, removing the need for the TL lead from that project.
