Description : This project is support project and my responsibilities were worked as SME and I need to take the lead to close all the defects with proper solutions or workaround and then sign off the deliverables. Also keep track on CR and incident with MQC so that it can be tracked in proper manner.

In this project we need to fix the defect arise during UAT in phase-2c. There was three different kind of defect categories severity 1 or 2 or 3. We need to pick and fix the defect in dev environment as per the defect severity. And also update the document in MQC defect tracking tool . At the same time we also need to work on CR raised during this UAT cycle. After completing the CR development we need to test these CR properly. After fixing the defect or development of CR, we have to migrate the updated project into UT environment.

  • Description : This project was divided into three phases. This client had two different versions i.e. 7.5 and 8.3. Objective of this project was to upgrade both the version to 9.0 and convert and merge both the system into one. Under this project we need to prepare technical, functional specification documents. In phase 1, I assisted team members to write multiple reports by using PS-Query, various interfaces and technical specifications. Prepare unit test plan, peer review and handover all this deliverable on time with minimum defect.
  • In phase-2a I was part of data conversion team. We need to convert the 8.3 data to 9.0 by considering the mapping provided by functional team and then merge with the data of 7.5 which already converted and exists in 9.0. We successfully completed this phase by converting and merging the 8.3 data to 9.0
  • In phase-2b I worked as quality lead. I need to handle the review process for defect free deliverables. I introduce second level of review for all above deliverables reports, tech-specs, interfaces after peer review to avoid any chance of rework or issue from client site.
