The project has responsibilities for roll-out for earlier deployment and implementation of new deployment for health hospital facilities. PeopleSoft core HR, benefits, training and competencies implementation was main objective. My responsibilities include functional design, conversion cut over plan, data mapping, configuring job competencies and other functional roles. Below are the details of my work plan. Running the reconciliation report for core HR, benefits, ELM and profile management E-performance modules to help client look-up their data. Validating the benefit plans and family coverage and dependent information from their HR files and cross-validation with vendors for billing purposes. Worked with presentation of conversion and error reports to help users correct the data on their old system and minimize the errors during cutover.
