  • Worked on PeopleSoft HR data migration from legacy system to PeopleSoft system
  • Extensive use of Component Interface to migrate data from Excel/CSV to PeopleSoft components in HR module
  • Involved in setting up the workflow for the self-service transactions such as Job Requisition approval as per the business rules of the organization.

  • Designed and developed custom Paycheck summary page which displays Employee’s earnings, deduction, taxes, bonds and flex credits as per client’s requirement. Also implemented security for this page, the data is displayed based on the company, paygroup and grade band of the user.
  • Worked with PeopleSoft to fix bugs and provide enhancements.
  • Worked on day-to-day request to fix the Production problems.
  • Performed research and study of the existing system tables and business processes. Also involved in the in-depth study of the customizations made in the HR, e Recruit.

  • Involved in the implementation of People soft Directory Interface and integration with LDAP server using App messaging as the integration tool.
  • Involved in the integration of the PeopleSoft and home grown CVC system (Third Party System) which creates the CWIDs for Countrywide using Integration Broker as the integration tool.( PeopleSoft sends a message which includes all the information required to CVC to create the CW id and waits for the reply)
  • Involved in design of a system which makes the HR data to be shared by 8.4 and8.8 environment using Component interfaces, App Messaging as well as using alias name at the database level. ( There were a lot of customizations to the HR data in 8.4 so and the client wanted to go to 8.8 so we used this setup for 8.8)
