The Confidential is responsible for building, maintaining and operating the state's roads, bridges and tunnels and, through the Commonwealth Transportation Board, it provides funding for airports, seaports, rail and public transportation. Virginia has the third-largest state-maintained highway system in the country Confidential. The client is currently operating its HCM systems using PeopleSoft HCM. Currently the project deals with Support and Maintenance of the current system and enhancing the new functionality through customizations.

  • Shiva is working as HCM Techno functional for Maintenance Project. His roles and responsibilities include the following:
  • Lead developer in the Project.
  • Developed complex interfaces from the Legacy systems to PeopleSoft which will feed the entire Core HR in PeopleSoft.
  • Technical support of Time and Labor and Absence Management Modules.
  • Liaison between Business Users and the technical Team.
  • Analysis, requirements gathering and Preparing Functional and Technical Designs for new customizations.

  • Shiva worked as Techno functional consultant and partly as Business Analyst for 9.1 Upgrade Project. My roles and responsibilities include the following:
  • Preparing functional and technical design documentation as part of 9.1 Upgrade.
