- This was a Financials 9.0 implementation. After Go-Live (9/1/2009) there were a lot of Chartfield issues.I was brought in to correct all the Chartfield issues. This was a functional role with a concentration in the areas of General Ledger (GL) and Commitment Control (KK), Project Costing (PC), Budgets, Grants, and Projects. It resulted in me having to setup new Chartfields, Projects, Departments, Accounts, Funds, Events and Programs. Worked on adding and modifying budgets for Projects and Grants,, worked with Awards, Contracts, and Billing. Also, configured the automated AP Pay Cycle Batch process.
- Did a functional assessment for PeopleSoft 9.0 implementation of Campus Solutions, Financials/Supply Chain and HCM. This included looking at major processes and 3rd party applications/vendor interfaces.
- Performed evaluation on their core business of Campus Solutions, HCM and Financials.
- Evaluated Financial Aid for book purchases which interfaces with Follett and FA~Link, Tracking Attendance, Return to Title IV Funds, Gradebook, data mapping, Emergency Messaging (text), mass Rehire-Term process, paycheck form layout, Single Sign-On, etc.

- Was the module functional lead for PeopleSoft Purchasing (Supply Chain implementation version 8.9)
- Responsible for creation and management of client deliverables including fit/gap, configuration and functional design documents for conversions, interfaces, extensions and custom reports.

Also, did an assessment of PeopleSoft Contracts to see if it made sense for the client to implement contracts or hold off for a later time.

- Wrote SQRs to perform a conversion for all State of Georgia Agencies, etc. to a single SETID. The conversion took all customers and converted them into a single SETID through the system. This was preformed with the core CUSTOMER tables as well as all the transactional tables.

- Worked on the implementation of PeopleSoft 8.8 for Financials (Staffing/Front Office and Back Office, AP, AR, GL, Billing, Projects, and Contracts, to name a few) HRMS (Payroll, HR, Base Benefits), and Time and Labor. Their Financials and Staffing modules are on and SQL Server and NT, but their HRMS and Time and Labor is on Oracle and UNIX. I served in a Technical/Functional role within these modules.

- Worked on a new PeopleSoft tool (Payroll Interface Connector for ADP Connection) from a functional perspective to troubleshoot the tool and fix it.
- Analyzed the product and applied changes to fix the issues found. Problems included: Sequence Numbering, not stopping or changing bank deposits, not passing data from the savings plan tables, on terminations and leaves an auto cancellation was not working and fixes included mapping, set-up and PeopleCode additions
- This project was an upgrade from version 7.5 to version 8 and I was a developer for a heavily customized Order Management module. This system has an emphasis on Order Management, Inventory, Billing, and Projects – Project Costing with heavy customization of PeopleCode

- Wrote KRONOS payroll interfaces. TBS owned The Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Hawks professional sports franchises. These professional athletes were paid with Kronos. Also, vendors and all workers in the arenas and stadiums were paid with Kronos too. These interfaces I wrote pertained to badges for the workers that were used to punch a time clock for Time and Attendance and additional data for the Job record and Personal Data information.
