PeopleSoft/Essbase As PeopleSoft Modules Lead - EPM, G/L, A/P, Travel Expense, A/M, systems and design for data warehouse integration and design, change management, software selection and technology, Steve was responsible for a global project to streamline enterprise reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and business analysis using Informatica ETL and Metadata, Hyperion Essbase, PeopleSoft Query, Crystal, nVision, and SQR. Various GL projects included G/L consolidation design of elimination business units and elimination hierarchy trees, and running and troubleshooting eliminations.

PeopleSoft Lead Developer Steve led the Fit Gap Analysis, Training, and Technical Upgrade to Peoplesoft Version 8 for Financials and Distribution. In addition, he led development of Custom Corporate Inventory System deployed on Peoplesoft Portal in Version 8, and the custom Peoplecode and Peopletools Quoting and Billing System. Steve was the Chairman of Development Group Practices Standards Committee.

PeopleSoft Project Manager 2000- 2001 Steve led a major process redesign of PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Billing, A/R, A/P and G/L. Business process reengineering for financials reports and strategies reduced closing period from twenty-one days to five. He created financial reports daily dashboard for upper management, including sales and days in receivables.

PeopleSoft Senior Systems Consultant 1999- 2000 Steve produced the technical design of data warehouse, including data definition work with financial controller. He led data modeling, conceptual modeling, activity modeling and view integration. He also was responsible for troubleshooting and working with end users for Peoplesoft A/P, A/R and G/L, and resolving data quality and integrity issues between the custom web application and the billing system.

Project Leader PeopleSoft Steve was the project lead for the upgrade of Peoplesoft General Ledger, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Billing, A/R and A/P and Asset Management 5.0 to 7.0 in a Unix/Oracle environment, and was also responsible as upgrade analyst for an HRMS 5.0 to 7.0 upgrade, doing compare analysis, the re-application of selected customizations, and definition and management of testing, training and rollout schedules. Stevel also defined a business case for selection of the Peoplesoft product suite for a merger of hospitals.

Associate Director - Finance Steve supervised staff development for staff of 80 hospital billing and collections specialists providing MIS steering committee leadership throughout a successful implementation of receivables management system.

Installation Consultant Steve managed installations of patient accounts, billing, and registration software at major New York hospitals. He directed 50 member multi-functional installation teams including business and technical directors to implement fit-gap solutions and accomplish successful go-lives on time and on budget.
