Professional Experience
DETAIL MASTERY & Organization- Prepare journal entries, including monthly accruals, new fleet rollouts, buyouts, and account true ups, as needed.
- Perform analysis and reconciliation of center level costs of sales and other related expenses that flow to the Income Statement.
- Assist supervisor with review of district level information, including reconciliations and variance reports.
- Monitor and reconcile the expenses of new and closed locations.
- Reconcile bank statements, and all components of cash reporting, update and posting of cash receipts, batch creation, credit card charge back disputes, and prepare bank deposits.
- Create, verify, and maintain coding of general ledger Chart of Accounts.
- Responsible for the training of new hires and the creation and maintaining of training manual, as well as being a point of contact for all questions from team members.
- Prepare and distribute cash flow statements for management.
- Collect data and generate report to be distributed and analyzed by other team members to determine exception of data reporting by field operating.
- Communicate via email or phone with machine vendors, Field Operations, and other Corporate Departments as required to ensure accurate reporting costs on the financial statements.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of monthly department meetings.
