PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain project plans, scope and Business Requirements Document (BRD) for PeopleSoft Financials and HRMS projects.

- Utilize Bullhorn’s Applicant Tracking/Assignment System , to troubleshoot issues reported by recruiters at the branch offices, in terms of troubleshooting assignments and applicant’s timekeeping methods and direct deposits.
- Researched and documented existing batch eTime 2.0 timekeeping system. Created comprehensive VISIO Flow diagram with all steps and stages involved in processing, to be used by VOLT PeopleSoft Production Support Team. The eTime 2.0 project was to replace the current timekeeping system (i.e. access databases). The process utilizes the PeopleSoft Time and Labor application for Time Entry and Time Approval. In order to implement Time and Labor 2.0, and start rolling out eTime users from the “custom databases” to PS HRMS 9.1 Time and Labor 2.0, approver and assignments data that reside in the legacy (“homegrown”) system are required in PeopleSoft HRPRD 9.1. To feed these data into PeopleSoft from the legacy system; a new batch process to HR has been created. This process is designed to indentify approver, assignments and activity information, for new and existing customers to be loaded into PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 tables . These steps and data are required in order to place a candidate on an assignment, in a Staffing Industry.
- Produce many ad-hoc reports using SQL or PS Query to verify data within the system data tables. Produce reports to validate system user access were in compliant with Internal Audit request and access in compliance with SOX regulations.

Removing them from production tables helps maintain speedy daily processing activities, while still retaining online access to information.
- To archive data in PeopleSoft Payables (AP), you’ll complete the same procedures for payments, vouchers, and suppliers. Payments that are cleared or canceled must be archived to history tables and deleted from the transactions tables before you can begin to archive the related vouchers. Likewise, before you can archive suppliers, completely processed vouchers or closed vouchers must be archived to history tables and deleted from the transactions tables.
