  • Functioned as a Lead Enterprise Architect and led the reengineering of Freddie Mac’s financial business and single-family home mortgage administrative processes reducing operating costs by 65% while significantly reducing internal SOX control issues and the IT footprint required to support no longer needed non-value activities. Utilized Value Stream Mapping to initiate Kaizen events that started the reengineering of the business architecture using UML Activity Diagrams, Use Cases and BPMN.

  • Employed a wide array of quality assurance and analysis tools to ensure the quality of manufactured label adhesives to be used on military equipment and weapons.
