Program Manager, Confidential, October 2007 to August 2011 Develop project management processes and maintain the portfolio of products for the WebEx division; as well as provide program level management to groups of related projects. This position involves weekly reporting of product development and business division portfolio status to C-level executives. Program teams consist of cross-functional managers providing development, sales, marketing, operations, global channel and support for the delivery of new on-line meeting, training, and telepresence collaboration tools for enterprise customers. Manage phase commit gate process and conduct semi-monthly Commit Gate Meetings with product approval committee consisting of General Manager, VPs and Directors.

Consultant, Confidential, November 2006 to September 2007 Managed the Integration Testing, Model Office and Deployment functions for a project to fully replace the business process and systems for dental claims processing. This system is based on the EDS Metavance software and includes interfaces to several legacy systems and enterprise portal sites. This engagement has involved management of a multi-million dollar budget, with a project staff of over 80 full time resources testing and implementing multiple overlapping releases. These release are phased across a customer base of tens of millions. Consultant, Confidential, August 2005 to October, 2006 Managed a multi-year project to implement an internet based bill presentment and payment processing system. This system is based on the CheckFree application and includes interfaces to several legacy systems and enterprise portal sites. This engagement involved management of an annual budget of over $6 million, capacity estimation, infrastructure implementation, sizing and oversight of environment planning, design and installation. Additional duties included on-going status reporting, task tracking and project plan maintenance. In addition to hardware and system software build-out, this position has included management of disaster recovery requirements analysis and specification, design and development.

Direct is an Internet portal, providing connectivity between large-scale back-office mainframe applications and the customer. Successes include:
