CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Early in 2011, shortly after I began my position at Ziff Davis Enterprise, it was brought to my attention that our contract with Brown Printing would be coming up for review. The ball was in my court to assure that, in a tight market, ZDE would get the most value possible for its print products.
- Solicited quotes from several major printers, including Brown, advising all to make aggressive bids.

In 2009, while I was at Lebhar-Friedman, it was determined that cost control was an optimal priority at Lebhar-Friedman, and that changing the format of Home Channel News would result in significant savings. I managed this change, ensuring all stakeholders were updated, risk was managed, and the deliverables were accepted.
- Liaised with customer base, making them aware of impending change, deadline, and new spec sheets.
- Liaised with sales staff and sales manager of any customer issues or risks.
- Coordinated size and schedule change to RR Donnelley, printer.
- Communicated new size specs to art director, editorial desk and sales staff.
- Revised existing customer art files at their request, wherever possible.
- All issues of publication remained on schedule, with minimal customer problems.
