- As part of the PMO, managed planning and completion of 22 projects related to Brexit and Analytical Calculation Engine C++ application. Defined business critical milestones, RAG for management deck, RAID and RACI for the projects. Ensured compliance with Federal Reserve Bank and BAFIN for liquidity reporting and cash reserves.
- Managed creation of an application to capture exposure over a Margin Period Of Risk for default swaps based on Mark to Market (MtM).

- Planned and managed the creation of an application to collect, analyze and report data of electrical parts. Migrated legacy data to Oracle database, using ETL, and created a front end with Web interface using Java scirpt, REST APIs and HTML 5. The application was deployed in AWS Cloud.
- Estimated project budget, created RFPs and hired a team to create schemas, transform data (ETL data warehousing) and complete the migration and data analysis. The data consisted of over a million SKU’s.
