- Senior Project/Release Manager and Development Team Manager, Eligibility System Implementation and Upgrades - State Government RCR was a partner to IBM on Indiana Eligibility Modernization Project (IEMP) and later became the lead of the Application Services project that developed and supported the successful statewide rollout of the Hybrid model case management, document management and IVR systems for the State of Indiana's $1.3 billion multi-vendor Eligibility Modernization Project.
