- Implemented the first ever Health Information Exchange solution to Massachusetts's area hospitals AJH, Brockton Hospital and Caritas . The environment exchanged key PHI, medication and immunizations, lab data and clinical note summaries with trading partner and other care partner organizations to compile a conclusive singular medical snapshot of the Patient across the integrated delivery network.
