• Provide a Web-based .NET Data Entry Module for Allstate Insurance, for doing key-data entry from Ireland. This was achieved using .NET Web-services, SQL 2000 Server with GUI enriched 'smart-clients'. The benefits to the customer were reduced latency over Citrix implementation, clearer images for keying as a result of which key-rates jumped from 1800 to 2300 items/hour.
