Talent Operations Specialist/ Project Manager Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Recruit highly-skilled IT, Telecommunications, Cyber-Security, Software Programmer, Network Administrator and Engineer, System Administrator and Engineer, and Database Administrator professionals to support Department of Defense (DoD) contracts domestically and OCONUS.
- Assist in managing IT recruiting strategies, tracking performance metrics in ICIMS system, ensure validity of resume database, adhere to OFCCP hiring standards, post on job boards, attend career fairs, report to management regularly, and draft proposals to win new contracts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create/review employment requisitions and develop staffing plans.
- Sourcing and prescreen candidates, participate in interviews, assist managers with reference checks, develop competitive job offers and track candidates in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with hiring manager on the status of requisitions, candidate’s quality and pipeline.
- Maintain contact with “hard-to-find skilled” candidates using various communication techniques to keep the candidate interested in the Company.
- Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit critical candidates, alumni and diverse applicants.
