Cloud Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide a weekly status report/briefing to the executive sponsor
Ensure high quality and timely delivery
Create a plan for Cloud Portfolio Assessment and Cloud Migration
Schedule and coordinate interviews and other communication with client stakeholders for Analysis
Assist team with Business Analysis and data collection
Review Customer’s current state project management methods and capabilities
Define project management methods and tools that will be used during the cloud migration project
Facilitate the coordination and activities of groups across the assessment and migration project
Guide the Migration Team to focus on delivering high - value work that contributes to the Sprint and Release goals
Remove impediments to the Assessment and Migration Team’s progress
Facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution
Lead daily team stand ups, bi-weekly demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions
Ensure that the Scrum team is properly using the inspection
