- Senior Project Manager leading the Secure the Perimeter security project at Confidential Health. This was an Infrastructure effort to secure the internet tunnels between Confidential and seven of its acquired business partners across the country. Each site was to be migrated to Meraki devices that communicated to four main HUB sites across the network and then were connected to the Confidential environment, preventing cyber threat possibilities. Setup the effort for a new team being brought in to manage the security network.

- Worked with application owners in developing Charter documents for the isolation efforts, including resource plans, issue and risk identification, milestones identification, and critical paths analysis. Created a Change Order process and Communication plans for multiple Confidential teams and senior leadership.
- Worked with Architectural engineers to develop technical isolation plans for the isolation of four Microsoft 2003 servers, to get them behind firewalls - temporary solutions until the applications are remediated to final solutions and new platforms. This was a requirement with an aggressive deadline in July - the Confidential network environment needed to be protected from end of life server risk.
- Worked with a strong PMO structure, utilizing Confidential ’s PPM/MP3 process, which was an Iterative/Waterfall methodology. Managed large teams in support of the isolation efforts, building them from many different groups that were initially identified during the Charter creation process. Teams varied in size from 10-12 resources per project with a budget of $500K.

- Senior Project Manager for the Frame replacement/MPLS Program, a $68M program that replaced the old FRAD circuit technology from Confidential plants and substations across the U.S. Responsible for all third party leased sites FRAD replacement and roll out of new telecommunications equipment to 100+ sites. Worked with numerous vendor partners and Confidential teams to design, install, and turn up Confidential sites. Main methodology was Waterfall with an Iterative touch and my budget responsibility was $15M. Managed Change Management, forecasting, and project documentation that was organized through SharePoint sites. Negotiated equipment pricing with multiple vendors supporting the projects efforts and created an extensive Project plan that was shared with the team, senior leaders, and vendors.
- Project Manager for the DACS Channel Refresh project, tasked to manage an effort to replace end of life Tellabs communication equipment in 17 Confidential sites in Colorado, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Replaced a PM who was terminated and stepped into the effort half way through completion, but in trouble. Worked with IBM, Motorola, and Coriant to complete the remaining sites. It was a $2M budgeted effort completed successfully in September 2017. I managed a mixed team of Confidential technical staff and vendor management resources (8-12 people were involved at any one time). Completed the project by end of December 2017.
- Coordinated Security requirements analysis of the new DACS unit’s vulnerability to outside access - wrote up situational documents and worked on solution with Confidential Security.
