This project was undertaken to improve resolution speed/processing time of notices. Led and coordinated the efforts of 2-4 onsite and 4-6 offshore personnel responsible for designing the application to allow multiple processing of Tracer in a batch environment. Presented major enhancement to ADP that drastically reduced the cost of core systems maintenance. Suggested and led the migration of the application from wintel to Linux.
  • UCS Enhancement, ADP, San Dimas, CA UCS is an enterprise system application used by ADP for managing unemployment claims processing. This project was undertaken to enhance the existing UCS application to reduce hardcopy documents and paper workflow tracking.
